But if I may offer a little advice to DJMixersoft (and a mini review as it were) — do some work on the interface. As well crafted and graphically beautiful as it is, the fixed size skins are very limiting, as is the lack of album art, and monochrome waveforms. It’s all generally cramped, and the narrow fonts and lack of contrast in the interface elements is hard to read too.

Features wise, DJ Mixer Professional is excellent, but the first impression is a bit of a turnoff. They should look at modern clean user interfaces and seek inspiration. Look at it this way — if Windows or macOS looked like the current skin, how useable would it be? That’s the way they need to think when approaching skins.

If they fix this, it’ll be considerably better.
