Felix Reichelt is back on his record label Volume Berlin Records with a hammering new techno single called, “We Are The Future.”
Based in the German capital of Berlin, Felix Reichelt is a DJ and producer who is well known within the city’s underground techno scene. Not only does he play regular DJ sets at some of Berlin’s most prestigious nightclubs, Felix Reichelt has also released his hard-hitting tracks on respected record labels such as Spartaque’s IAMT, Sisko Electrofanatik’s Gain and The YellowHead’s Reload.
Volume Berlin Records is a regular outlet for music produced by Felix Reichelt, but the record label has also featured original tracks by others ranging from Torsten Kanzler to Tom Wax.
“We Are The Future” is the solo track on this release, and it opens with a thumping kick drum and rumbling bassline, which lay a foundation for thrashing hi-hats and an exhilarating acid line. The namesake vocal sample provides a compelling focal point for the peak time energy of the groove to complete this dance floor focused weapon.
