D-Rakkas has been on the road again for Atomix with VirtualDJ 8, this time getting DJ Bounce from the Scratch DJ Academy in Miami to do a set on a DDJ-SZ.

Pioneer DDJ-SZ and VirtualDJ 8 — officially friends

Pioneer DJ has just given its seal of approval to VirtualDJ 8 Pro by making their DDJ-SZ top end controller fully and officially compatible. This means that new and existing users can nab a full copy and use DVS too. VirtualDJ 8 Pro is now official sitting at the grown-ups table.

REVIEW: UDG Creator 2XL hard case

The latest range of top end controllers are huge, and moving them from place to place requires something more than just stuffing them into a back pack. So UDG has come out with the Creator 2XL hard case, designed specifically for the Pioneer DDJ-SZ and Numark NS7 range. We stuffed one into the hard case and pottered around the worxlab for a while.
