You can’t have failed to missed last week’s vjay release and our definitive review (you’ll find no better). But it’s not over just yet, as we’ve team up with the algoriddim guys to offer you a chance to win the complete djay and vjay suite, as well as the Numark iDJ Live controller I used to create the video.

Vjay is pretty amazing. Now I’ve got past the whole make-the-video-now-write-the-review period of time, messing with vjay is just a heap of fun. As I have no pretensions about becoming a fully fledged VJ, it’s a hoot mixing with my favourite videos, and generally having no pressure on me to perform like a pro. For me, it’s about having fun, but if you want to push it, vjay is quite capable of being used at a gig. And we, that is algoriddim and DJWORX want you to experience it for yourself.

To clarify – the winner gets djay for Mac, djay for iPhone and djay for iPad, as well as the all new vjay app for iPad. And the Numark iDJ Live which works with the iPhone and iPad. Two lucky runners up win the complete software suite. There are no geographical boundaries either.

As ever, you need do little more than follow DJWORXHQ on Twitter and like the DJWORX Facebook page, and most importantly sign up for the DJWORX newsletter. Don’t worry – it’s certified spam free, has nothing but stuff you want to read, and will from time to time have some nice special offers and giveaways that won’t be seen on the site.

That is all – get signing up and good luck!

THE COMMENTS SECTION

Commenting Etiquette

Welcome to DJWORX. It’s the most engaged community around, and we have a handful of house rules to keep it that way:
  • • Be polite and constructive.
  • • Treat others as you would expect to be treated. So please disengage keyboard warrior mode before hammering in a full caps rant.
  • • Stay on topic.
  • • Consider your tone of voice. Telling someone that they’re wrong comes across better as “I don’t agree and here’s why”.
  • • No links to copyrighted or offensive material.
Life is way too short to waste time policing comments. So break the rules and you’re out. It’s just the internet, and  the DJWORX community is way more important than catering to the fragile egos of ranting trolls. I trust I have been crystal clear.
