As Pioneer DJ breaks free from the controller clutches of Serato to realise their own vision of a rekordbox driven DJ world, they've released the all new DDJ-1000 controller. And it also features glimpses of the CDJ future with a glorious high res screen right inside the full sized CDJ jogs.
Now here's something interesting for a number of reasons — the new Reloop TOUCH controller has a big touch screen, and is powered by VirtualDJ.
Despite marching on their own rekordbox path, Pioneer DJ is still in bed with Serato, and together they've updated the entry level DDJ-SB3 controller. But with it comes a feature that's likely to cause some ruckus with established DJs, namely scratch pads.
