It has come around all too quickly, but BPM 2014 is back on the radar again. Having frown to a point where splitting pro audio and lighting off into its own show, logically called PRO. Tickets are now available for BPM 2014 that handily are also valid for PRO too.
For regular entry, tickets are £15 plus £1 booking fee for all three days including entry to PRO 2014, and is the obvious choice for most.
There’s also a second tier experience that gets you a three day pass including entry to PRO, fast-track entry (feels special), early doors entry to the preview hour (10am on Sunday and Monday), exclusive BPM t-shirt, and VIP viewing in the deafeningly loud Chauvet Arena (our room was shaking last year). This will set you back £39 plus £1 booking fee.
For those that require the ultimate level of special treatment that BPM has to offer, VIP tickets include all of the above, as well as access to VIP areas with free drinks and nibbles. And there’s an exclusive VIP goodie bag too.
That’s not all — for the first 100 people booking tickets, you also get an exclusive BPM branded Magma DIGI stick case with £14.
One more thing — if you pre-order, you’ll get download codes for free loop content from Prime Loops, Numark, and Mixmeister. Nice.
I cannot stress this enough — if you’re a DJ (which by definition if you’re reading this then you are), you absolutely have to go to BPM 2014. For many companies, it’s become the most important show in the DJ calendar, with some big names choosing to release their new gear at BPM in preference to other shows. Musikmesse has turned into PLASA for me – a show I should go to, but it’s just too expensive with almost nothing new to see.
So it goes without saying that we’ll be there. This year however, we’ll be out on the floor. We’ve spent far too much time languishing in our private room and nowhere near enough time on the show floor. That will change in a big way this year. You’ll probably be sick of the sight of us to be honest. That is of course that you buy tickets today and attend BPM 2014.
