Day 8 arrives, and it’s time to serve up something for the more traditional DJs out there. There are more MIDI things to come, but today is the turn of mixers, namely the 2 channel Behringer NOX404 and 4 channel NOX606.

Both are packed to the gills with all manner of things that you’d expect on mixers costing a lot more. The NOX606 in particular is overflowing with more knobs that most would know what to do with. The bang for your buck is always very high with Behringer.

So that’s 2 lucky people in line for a chance on Day 8. I suppose it would help me if you have a preference for the more scratch friendly NOX404 or more mix friendly NOX606, so if you could leave that preference in your comment, then it would be a great help for me.  But it isn’t a guarantee that you’ll get your choice. But it’s for free so you can’t really complain. :)

I know I must sound like a broken record by now, but this is what you have to do to have a chance of winning:

  • To enter, simply leave a logged in comment via a Disqus, Facebook, Twitter or Google+ account. Leave the comment here and here only. I need to be able to contact you if you win, so guest comments will be not be considered, nor will comments made in Facebook, Twitter or Google+.   • You can enter any number of days or all of them. But you must leave a comment for each prize you’d like a chance of winning.
  • These will run until the proper 12th day of Christmas (5th January), at which point I’ll pick the winners and get the prizes off ASAP.

        Ooops, I see what you mean I was quite vague. I just prefere the 2 channel battle style mixer with a clear faceplate area so whilst juggling I wouldn’t catch my fingers on the dials like on the 606.

    my first ever mixer was Behringer, learnt to to scratch on it, it said the fader was good for 1000000 fades…….was leaking within 4 days :) to be fair it weren’t designed for scratching and as first mixers go it weren’t half bad

    Most under-rated manufacturer possibly EVER, sure their mixers have a rep for failing, but bear in mind they sell more DJX’s than any other dj mixer on the planet so expect that more of them will fail than any other mixer on the planet. I’d love one of these baby’s count me in on the draw.

    For those who think Behringer is crap I have been the owner of a DX626 since 2005 and it’s been going great without failure but for a broken Mic/line switch.
    I wouldn’t mind either mixer, though I am more of a mix rather than a scratch DJ.
    And we are still waiting for that 606 review.
